When you talk with a buyer or seller you are going to sell them on why they should work with you or they will sell you on what excuse they have not to do something with you right now..
No matter what anyone tells you need to be in control of the conversation..
You need to keep them intrigued from beginning to end..
You do this by being UNIQUE from everyone else..
Think about it for a second .. the biggest business successes come from people and companies doing something very different and disruptive .. Apple .. Uber .. AIRBNB.. and so many more
