If you have not been paying attention the mortgage backed bonds.  You are going to be in for a rude awakening this is no time to have clients on the fence.  We have fallen beneath the floor of support of the 200 day moving average.  Bonds have failed to rally and stocks are slumping as well.

The one lone bright spot out there is the GDP report which came in better than expected at 0.9% versuses expectiations of 0.6%.  So, we still have a modestly growing economy which is right where we want to be.  We don't want to be too hot and most certainily not too cold. 

Indiana still seems to be the brights spot in the Midwest since we are not in a declining market and Northwest Indiana is doing what it can to attract more home buyers from the Chicago area with new road construction.

May was a great month and it is only going to get better in June and July.
