Hi Will Hamm - Because my market is 2nd homes and mostly cash, I have not seen a big shift. Early October and the snow has already made an appearance...Wow!
Hi Will. I think the shift is happening across the country. Our September figures show a drop in sales compared with the year before; this is a first in 7 years.
This is good information for those who are thinking of buying a home in your area.
Rates may go up a bit, prices may drop a bit. Still a great time to buy a house in Denver, and beyond. D
