3 Comments on Baby Boomers Setting the Latest Bergen County NJ Real Estate Trends
Boomers are trend setters; they're such a large cohort, they've been setting trends for years. Your blog makes it sound like other groups have been trend setters, but boomers are champs here.
I write a boomer consumer blog called The Survive and Thrive Boomer Guide at http://boomersurvive-thriveguide.typepad.com.
Rita, No. I am with you on boomers being the trend setters, although all the major generational groups have their respective impact on trends in society. I assume you are referencing the movers by age group? As you probably know, the biggest group are those below 18, but that is because they are moving with their parents. However, I was a little surprised by the mobility of the 25-35 age group. MovingHelp.com's primary target group --- Single Boomer Women -- although, we obviously want to reach each group.
