Bellingham real estate investor's network (BREIN) meets every 4th Wednesday of the month.  This a networking group of all levels of success, knowlege, professions, and experience levels.  Everyone is welcome and all participants are easy going and willing to share their experiences.  As a real estate agent and investor it's a great place to find deals and meet new people...buyers, sellers, contractors, lenders, etc.

A Special Guest Speaker is the main attraction providing valuable knowledge pertaining to the industry and/or particular investing strategies.  As a real estate agent this information is invaluable.  It keeps me on top of new industry legislation, trends, and dozens of buying/selling strategies which I'm able to pass on to my clients.  It's this information that can save buyer/sellers thousands and thousands of dollars and possibly mean the difference in an easy retirement or one of just getting by.
