This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were 1.3 percent, new homes are up 15.6 percent and resale condos are up 7.4 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 12.9 percent, down 16.6 percent on condos and down 12.1percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 1.7 percent and the sales volume is down 28.2 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 9.3 percent and the sales volume is up 25.8 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 1.0 and the sales volume is down 14.6 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 2.5 percent and the sales volume is down 22.5 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 6.8 percent and the sales volume down 37.6 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 5.4 percent and the sales volume is down 12.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 11.5 percent and the sales volume is down 5.0 percent.
