This is the second thing above homeless people that concerns me every day.
I believe it maybe easier to help thousands of people become home owners than it is to overcome the homeless situation.
Part of the reason is some people just don’t trust those who are real estate agents and loan officers.
Part of it is people, do not believe they can own a home because of their credit.
And finally, part of the people does not believe they can own a home because they do not have the money for the down payment.
Some of those people could talk with a loan officer who would tell them they could not buy because of their credit.
On the other hand, I work with a loan officer who, because of his care for helping people, and his experience and knowledge, he does such an enormous amount of business, he has at least three assistants, that I know of.
What is exciting about it to me, is when I call his office, someone answers the telephone, or someone calls me back within around 10 minutes. That is impressive! I know! Because I have been in this business 38 years.
You just don’t meet lenders like that every day, not even every month or year!
