I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 20 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market.   3 homes which went under contract; 2 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional detached town homes. 0 homes were reported sold. There are 0 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
