This photo was taken about 2 years ago on Lake Jessup in Seminole County, the gator (about a 12 footer) was sleeping in the grass until we drifted in on the airboat we were riding on.  He came out of the water for a second and looked like he was going to jump in the boat, but quickly submerged into the water.  We saw hundreds of gators that day.  Lake Jessup is rumored to have over 10,000 gators living in it's waters.
