Price per square foot for Mira Catalina houses that sold in the first half of 2018 increased to $591 from $589 in 2017, a 0.3% increase. Average sales price for Mira Catalina homes sold in the first half of 2018 increased to $1,409,458 in 2018 compared to $1,405,529 in 2017. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Mira Catalina neighborhood was $1,712,500 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Mira Catalina neighborhood was $1,070,000.
Currently, the Mira Catalina neighborhood has 11 Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 11 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $989,000 for a 4 bedroom/2 bath, 1,746 square foot home, to $2,189,000 for a 4 bedroom/5 bath, 4,292 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
