Listing Photo Session on a Rainy Day

By

So you decided that taking photos yourself was not a good idea, and hire a photographer. The day comes, and it's raining...what do you do?

Well you have a few things to consider.

  1. Clouds can really difuse the harsh sunlight making for really good interior shots.
  2. Clouds can also make listing photos appear gloomy and uninviting
  3. If you reschedule, that may delay getting the listing on market
  4. It's possible to photoshop a blue sky into the photo
  5. Some photographers will shoot the interiors first, and come back later for the exterior shots.

Either way, it is best to let the photographer you hire make the decision. They are the profressional after all, right?

I always though a good photographer can take good (or interesting) pictures (or enhance them later) no matter what. But raining is a problem, I may want to  reschedule the session...
