Home Insurance Policy what do you know about them?

You are so right..good topic to go over with homeowners and when a buyer is making a purchase they need to compare quotes..its not all about the premium..what does the policy cover? Are they comparing apples to apples?

I rely on my agent to take care of my home insurance needs, it is definitely important to find someone that we can trust to look out for our best interests.

Bob there is a lot to consider when it comes to home insurance.  So I make sure that I consult my agent to make sure I have all the coverage I need. 

Great reminder to get down to the nitty gritty of your policy.  Many agents don't explain these things before issuing the policy they think is right for the home owner.

Hi Bob- it's so important to know what your policy will and won't cover as well as what your deductibles are. 

Bob, the insurance person should explain the policy in detail, and recently know that water is not included. 

Bob, this is an excellent topic and not one I see much about. It's very important that homeowners know what coverage they're getting. Cheaper isn't necessarily better. 

It’s very important to review your insurance coverage thoroughly and update annually. 

Excellent post, Bob.  Most homeowners would be well served by reviewing their policies and even getting outside help to understand what is not covered.

Excellent points, Bob! Insurance is a tough issue and getting more complicated. I suspect many are underinsured and don't check in regularly about changes they should be making. It's never wise to assume!

Having a GREAT insurance person is worth a Zillion...and understanding what's covered only increases the value !
