Will the World Series Slow down Real Estate next week?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Godzyk Real Estate Services NH License 033394

It is that time of year again, time for the World Series. It is a time baseball fans live for. If you live the Boston or the LA areas, you may be more excited than some other parts of the country.  Renewing the East Coast vs West Coast rivalry. There will be some late nights and increased traffic.

Of course Real Estate will not come to a halt during the series. It may actually pick up with all the new visitors to the area. Many choose NH with no income or sales taxes. Large lots, affordable prices, less traffic and great schools. A booming economy with plentiful high paying jobs. Re-locations to NH remain very strong.

So as the World Series starts, taking an afternoon off to attend Game 1 is in the cards. But real estate life will go on as scheduled.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing in real estate for me, is to provide great service. To stand out from the crowd by being there through each step of the buying or selling process. My message that I want to share in Real Estate, is that my philosophy is simple, to provide more personal and professional service to guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest.

Good morning again Scott. I don't think that the World Series will impact much. That said New Hampshire is a great place to live or be.

I'm not much of a World Series fan, but my mom and brother-in-law manage to keep us all informed...and I do hear the games on in the background. :)

Scott,

Traffic will be very seriously impacted near the Dodger stadium in Los Angeles.  Other than that, serious buyers and sellers will still be doing business.  A

HI Scott Godzyk - My husband has been a Dodger fan since he saw his first game in the LA Coliseum back in 1958. But in Arizona, there is a huge rivalry with the Diamond Back especially when the Dodgers went for a swim in the Diamond Backs pool in center field years ago after clinching the playoffs.

Most of the best games i have ever attended were college football games. I remember being young and heading to Florida where I saw my first game with more people and more elctricity than any pro game. I was hooked James Dray

People that want to see the game will plan around it accordingly. If they need a home, they will find to look for one when the teams aren't playing.
