You've decided you're ready for a Cincinnati patio home.  One of the key decisions to make is whether you want a "used" home or a new construction patio home.  There are pros and cons to each category to consider and we're here to help you evaluate and decide which is best for your personal needs.

So here are some things to consider:

What's your time schedule? 

If you're in a hurry to make a change, then you have two main options:  a resale home OR a new construction home that is almost finished.

Got time?  Like 5-7 months?  Then new construction will work perfectly!

Do you like to remodel?  NO??  Then new construction OR a VERY new patio home OR one that has recently been updated are your choices.

What's your budget?  For the most part, new construction patio homes will cost more than resale patio homes in the Cincinnati area.

Where do you want to live?  Cincinnati is a fairly broad area, and if you've got specific geographic needs, your answer may already be made for you as there may be zero new construction opportunities.

Like a mature neighborhood with full grown trees?  New construction is probably out of the question!
