I think every single step in managing fear is the most important step, but I think that THIS is the most important step.
Way number 2 to manage fear is by doing Mental Exercises every single day.
I have spoken about dieting and exercising, but I believe that mental exercising is even MORE important than physical exercising.
The greatest part of mental exercising is that you can do it laying in bed under your blanket.
Post a positive message every single day on social media.
Watch a 60 second inspirational video.
Tell yourself over and over that you shall overcome whatever obstacle has been placed before you.
Gravitate to those who think similarly and distance yourself from negativity.
Do that every single day until eternity arrives and watch what happens.
When you truly have confidence and belief in YOURSELF, you walk taller, stand straighter, talk stronger and can take on anything.
I read a saying recently – "Sometimes God will put a Goliath in your life so that you can find the David within you".
Find the David within yourself by doing mental exercises every single day and you will conquer fear.
