Cincinnati patio homesWhile I help people buy and sell many different types of homes, I've got a heavy concentration in Greater Cincinnati patio homes.  And because there's always a fairly limited number of patio homes for sale, that means I get to see quite a few of them when they're for sale.

Tomorrow I'm working with a couple of buyers.

The first is asking to see a patio home I've NOT been in prior.  It's a little further away in a community that doesn't have a lot of activity.  However, even without having been in that particular patio home, I know the builder and their floor plans so there won't be much in the way of surprises.

The second buyer wants to see 3 patio homes.  The first one?  This will be my third trip in, first to meet the seller when he was For Sale By Owner, the other time with a buyer of mine.

The 2nd patio home?  This will be my 4th time, each time with a different buyer.

And the 3rd patio home?  Just there last weekend with another buyer.

I'd be skeptical that any other Cincinnati real estate agent is even close to matching the number of patio homes I've shown with my buyers.  New construction or resale, I've been there, done that, will be doing it again.

It really comes in handy when a new buyer hires me.  I can mentally go through many of the houses and know whether the homes are a good fit.

I think any buyer or seller in the market with patio home in mind in your market or even slightly out of your market would be well served to call you.
