Our clients (and me) have the most fun with our 'Sorry, Too Late' signs! Some sellers ask us for the sign right when we list - "This is going to be our good luck charm!" or "We can't WAIT to put this on our sign!" And, yes, they want to put the sign rider on themselves...

Sorry Too Late

I have even had buyers share their photos at Closing of them in front of their 'Sorry, Too Late' sign that they took during their walk-through. Everyone seems to love that sign - it means more than a simple 'SOLD' sign does and we love them and love the conversations that they start. Sometimes our clients ask if they can keep the rider...and of course, we love that they love the sign as much as we do.

I do my best, Matthew Klinowski, PA! I want my sellers, who have worked so very hard to prepare their homes for the market, get through showings and negotiating to be 'rewarded.' It might be crazy to be so excited about a 'silly' sign but, they love it and so do I!
