Tomorrow I will be switching companies from a mortgage broker to a mortgage banker from the wholesale side to the retail side.  I will be working for Wells Fargo.

This was a very tough decision for me to leave the broker world and start a new on the retail side, but I believe with the market uncertainty I need to be a part of a company whom has not been caught up in the middle of the credit issues many of the lenders are facing.  I will also be apart of the #1 FHA lender as well as the #1 Renovation Specialist in the country.  I am looking forward to a fresh start at a new company and excited to grow my business.

Wish me luck!!!

Good luck!  I have a friend that went over to Wells a few months ago and is doing great!  My husband just switched to a bank from a broker show and I think it is by far the smartest thing to do at this time.
