My Virtual Halloween Costume...Boo!
It seems like yesterday that I changed my profile photo. Well, it actually was a few weeks ago for Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®,CRS,’s October 2018 Update your Profile Challenge. (You have until midnight October 31 to enter!!)
What I remember most about Halloween growing up in Houston was that it usually rained, which meant a lot of soggy Halloween bags that were at risk of breaking. All of our work at gathering as much of the sweet goodies could fall into a huge puddle or the gutter. In fact, I just checked the weather in Houston and I think they predict rain.
The earliest photo I have of myself in a Halloween costume is that of a bunny with really big floppy ears.
So conjuring up a virtual costume is a lot of fun because I can try it on without having to do anything but click and enter. There are all sorts of free apps that are for iPhones or Android. And if you're concerned about eating up space on your phone, just delete them when you've finished!
It’s fun playing with apps and I did that to come up with my virtual costume.
To get my profile photo I used MSQRD which you can get on your iPhone or Android devices. Besides Halloween faces, they have faces for Christmas, Easter and other fun apps! You can take a still photo or video it.
There are other apps you can have fun with too. Take a look:
This is from YouCam Fun and again, there are apps for all kinds of occasions.
And being the huge fan of Star Wars, I used my Star Wars app for this photo:
Have fun with your Halloween profile...but don't forget to change it back!!!
This is an entry in Kimo Stowell’s The Haunted Masquerade and Costume Ball 2018 - Virtual Costume post.
