Most buyers aren't aware there's a price incentive season for some of the major new home builders in Las Vegas. Luxury Realty Group has represented new home buyers in the Las Vegas Summerlin area for over 15 years and we know new home construction very well. As a result of our extensive new home construction experience, most of the new home builders give us private notice of special promotions and deals for their Quick Delivery homes.
While advance notice of special promotions is great for our new home buyer clients, there's one more level of discount pricing that's not well known. That level is a certain time of year when new home builders want to move standing inventory homes out of inventory and it's not December 31. During that special season, the new home builder will allow us to make offers that otherwise would usually be rejected at other times of the year.
