“As a first time home buyer, I will forever use F2R! I brought my family over during the inspection and they've never seen such a thorough inspection report. Also, they've said they felt he truly cared about whether or not we were moving into a solid house.
He isn't just "nit picky" about the house, which is what a realtor had told us. But he points out things that "you can live with, might want to check out" all the way to the things that "need to be replaced immediately". His report is something that you could keep while living in the house so that if you ever did some updating you can look back to his recommendations. For example, the roof in our house had bad ventilation in the vaulted area and he suggested that if we ever redid the roof to either add more turtle ducts and many other suggestions that I'm sure a roofer would have better knowledge on.
Beyond his inspection, he is a really personal guy with flexible hours, which is great for us since one of us is a cop and the other a student with crazy hours.
Overall, the house had major issues that the seller was not willing to help fix so we walked away but we do plan on using F2R on the next house and can't wait to do so!

“Greg did an amazing job on our home inspection, he found so many things we wouldn’t have known to look for at all and saved us so much time and money finding all the flaws and problems with the home, in addition to even finding some pretty dangerous fire hazards so we can fix those before we move in!

He then completed the 42 page report the night of the inspection, which we highly appreciated having that back so quickly to begin immediately fixing what needed it before closing on the house!
Then on top of that, Foundation 2 Rooftop’s website had an entire page of recommended quality contractors that was easily organized by Trade/specialty so we could find the best team to complete the work that we needed done, and that was much appreciated!
