Are we heading towards another housing bubble?

One of the causes of the housing bubbles 10 years ago was the increase of housing inventory to a 10-12 month supply. This over supply caused prices to fall.

Today we have 4.4 month supply of homes for sale, no where near the amount we had pre-bubble.

You also had no doc loans that were given out to unqualified borrowers. They also didn't have to put down any money thus no skin in the game.
