Have you ever gotten an incoming contact/email from someone on active rain and clicked on it from your home page?  It's a dead end.  You can't do anything with it.  You are stuck in the mud, lost in the wilderness - within a few hours you might die from starvation!

When you read an incoming contact/email from someone on Active Rain - there is no way to reply. Here is what it looks like from your inbox:

To reply to this message, you need to copy the email, exit Active Rain, Open your email client, paste the email address, then write & send the message!   Of course, you also get a copy by email - and you can reply directly to the person from your email client.  I don't know about you - but I like to keep track of my conversations at Active Rain inside Active Rain!  This is a fairly common practice at most social networking sites! So here are my suggestions:

1. Make the email address a clickable link and it can pop up in our email client.  Quick and easy.
2. Link the persons name to the contact form that pops up if you click "email me" from someones profile.
3. Add a "Reply" button at the bottom of the message that pops up a contact window inside active rain.
4. Create a full blow email utility inside active rain -so I can keep track of my conversations!
5. IP Address?  Do we really need this? 
6. Make the hyperlinks inside the contact clickable - I've got to copy and paste this!

If you like the idea - click on the "Contact Active Rain" link in the lower right corner and send in the suggestion.  I already have.  Blog about it - make some noise!

I know everyone at AR has their hands full, thanks for working so hard at AR to bring us all the improvements coming in June.  I'm hoping this will be one of them!!
