Here at the J Michael Manley Team we have deep gratitude for those who serve. The men and women who serve and have served our country and communities deserve more than just our thanks. In honor of Veterans Day, we will be holding a special event for our heroes to say “Thank You” in words and deeds.
With that said, we wanted to invite our heroes to a free educational seminar on Saturday, November 10th from 9:30-10:30 am at 403 Woods Lake Road, Greenville, SC. In this event, we want to share real savings for the people who work every day to make our communities safer and better.
With increasing home prices, interest rates high, and affordability seemingly on the downslope, our heroes are faced with growing challenges as home buying becomes less of an option for many. That is why we are here to help. We want to bring our heroes ‘home.’
The J Michael Manley Team has designed a rebate program that honors those who have served our country with the realization of homeownership. We are providing a rebate of 15% of the total real estate commission to our heroes who are buying or selling a home in the greater Greenville area. In this event, we also partnered with Sarah Rohrssen of Hanover Mortgage to share financing programs that will greatly benefit our heroes.
This will be a very educational morning for our heroes who are looking to buy or currently on the market to buy a home because we will also tackle the current market condition and the home buying process.

Serving Pays is dedicated to help our heroes serving in the following positions:
ARMED FORCE - Active Duty, Veteran, Retired, Reservist, National Guard, Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, United States Public Health Service, or Marine Corps of the United States
LAW ENFORCEMENT - Police Officer, Prison Guard, State Trooper, County Sheriff, Border Patrol, Retired
FIREFIGHTER - Active, Retired, Volunteer
HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL AND EMS - Doctor, Nurse, Technician, EMT, Home Health Aide, Dispatcher
TEACHER - Teacher, Teacher Aide, School Librarian, School Counselor, and School Nurse
VOLUNTEER - Active volunteer of places of worship, local or international charity organizations, or community groups promoting goodwill
