I love the whole MeMe thing here on AR, it's great to read so many wonderful stories and quirky facts about all you guys :-) But, like with anything in life, you can't just take take take without a little giving along the way. I have MeMe'd before, back in July if you want to have a looksie. But the torch has been handed to me again by the lovely Eric Kodner, and who am I to turn down the honour of writing about myself?! HAH!

Enjoy!

1. Who is your favorite musical artist?

I love The Beatles, from beginning to end. I grew up in a village in the South East of England where Ringo Starr eventually settled. I met him, but didn't faint or cry in the typical 1960s style! I also love Louis Jordan, Royksopp, The Cars and The Steve Miller Band. My boyfriend's annoying me as I type this to say he's my favourite artist...geeze I will have to give a link now - www.myspace.com/thecommissarsmusic. So yeah, The Commissars are a favourite of mine too :-)

2. Who is your favorite artist?

I have lots of gorgeous Litchenstein prints, those girls rock my world. I'm a huge fan of the graffiti artists Eine and Faile. I have a couple of their prints all framed and lovely too. There's lot of Eine graffiti on the streets where I live in East London, it's nice to see art for free when you're walking along. This is one piece by him under a railway bridge near where I live, I like it...

3. Who is your favorite blogger?

Hmmm, I love and read a whole lot of blogs. My favourite blog is FrostFireZoo. After reading hundreds of long posts each morning in my reader for work, it's nice to see some funny pictures. I'm a modern day Alice in Wonderland lol!

4. If you could meet anyone (alive or dead), who would it be and what is the most interesting thing about them?

I'd love to go to Shul with Larry David. I think he's hilarious and absolutely perfectly brilliant!

5. What did you want to be when you grew up?

I did a lot of acting as a child and wanted to be an actress when I was older, then I wanted to work in foreign exchange and wear a suit and be all money hungry, then I wanted to be a screenwriter in my late teens, and now I get to mix my creative writing side with my business skills in marketing and business development jobs...so I'm happy! I probably wanted to be an astronaut at some point too, who didn't?!

6. What is the most interesting piece of trivia you know?

Oh geeze, I just finished my bachelors degree in Economics and Business with East European Studies two weeks ago.....my head is rammed full of facts I will never use again! But I'll go with some silly trivia, most people know the fact that on average you eat seven spiders a year during your sleep. Well at least that's widely known trivia in the UK. But what most people don't know is that this 'fact' was created by a magazine journalist years ago to test how easily urban myths can be created.

7. If you could live in any point in history what would it be and why?

I'd like to live in Medieval England, as long as I could have my MacBook and Starbucks in a clean corner somewhere!

8. What is the most interesting job you have ever held?  Paying or non-paying?

I love what I'm doing now in real estate search technology. But I had a great job in my early teens where I got to meet a lot of celebrities so that was pretty hunkydory!

Well I hope that didn't bore you to tears :-)

I nominate:

Pam Winterbauer

Chad Stephen Albert

Sandy Blanton

Whats funny is it really has been ages since I have seen someone Meme'd post it in the active rain community section. Great to see it's back.
