There is no shortage of things to do in Denver, with something to do in every corner and pocket of the city. It is sometimes impossible to articulate everything that is going on in any given week. The Culinary Connectors are reliably putting together events for most of the neighborhoods that have a wide appeal to a wider audience.
This Monday, November 12, they are putting on a Craft Beer Tour from, 6-9pm. This is a great start to a night out, as you will be able to hit three different breweries and get a beer at each one. This event is space limited to 15 people, so it will require some advance registration. There is always an alternative if you do not get in the setting. You can look up the three breweries beforehand and still attend them on your own. If you want to have the explanation behind them and having a team of people to go through with you. This is sometimes a great way to meet new people if you have just moved here. It is also a good way to try out certain things to do in the city.
The Culinary Connectors will also be sponsoring another event at the McNichols Civic Center Building, a night of Burlesque and Discussion put on by the strange and enthusiastic Dr. Fosberry. He has been referred to as an Esteemed Philosophe, an Adventurer, a Modern-Day Indiana Jones, and the centerpiece of many arts he has been in, including everything from motion books to just voice acting in video games. He is a pretty interesting character and long detailed descriptions of him will do no good. You simply must attend one of his events. The event starts at 6:00pm next Friday, November 16, and will have plenty of room to attend. Tickets are $65.00 at the door and come with one free drink coupon and one Warm Cookie of the Revolution. To understand what that means you will just have to attend the event.
