IT'S NOT THE PROBLEMS BUT THE PEOPLE

Everyone should be able to relate with the title of this posting if you have lived for any length of time in a maturity stage. Where does it say or is represented to anyone on this earth that they will live a problem-free life and remain in an idyllic stage? Even trying to do this leads to other problems. Even if there is a silver spoon found in ones mouth it still will produce some strange results as the rich, famous & powerful will attest

PROBLEMS ARE NECESSARY

How does one exercise their God-given abilities, talents, skills and gifts without trial & error? Often we succeed because we know what doesn't work & not repeating it. Yes, sometimes smooth sailing is given & we are thankful but don't be fooled. For growth we must use the problem/solution system or it atrophies.

MUSCLE GETS STRONGER WITH USE

As far as our part is concerned, when we exercise our power to solve we become better each time we do so. Not just in one category either. The realms of the human are complex and be grateful that they operate consistently and automatically with little coaching, nurturing and guidance along the way called your part

THE REALMS

Mental, emotional, psychological, physical & spiritual arenas that occupy the human need feeding & care so as to help develop the user into a balanced life of giving & receiving. At the core of all this is the SOUL a mysterious and controversial item that mankind has come to respect but not understand. But know this....

THE SOUL

It thrives on meaning, depth, purpose, fairness, justice, mercy and charity and is nourished when visiting with these subjects (and more). If the soul is fed the whole body "being" eats and a well-being takes place. All we have to do seek and apply righteousness and the Soul does (& supplies) the rest...literally too

BITTERSWEET

In the course of living this out by exploring, seeking, asking and inquiring we are introduced to a myriad of challenges, issues, problems and perplexities that are designed to awaken all our abilities and sharpen them to their potentials. However, there is one take-away that is bittersweet or a mixed blessing if you will

THE PEOPLE FACTOR

Interacting with others is the most challenging arena of all. Why? Simply put that people are in different places at different times with their own custom learning curve & results or lack thereof. What you may see as simple others declare otherwise causing us to learn how to navigate through this world of people-centered-problems whether you like it or not. Sometimes that's the road one must take to get "home"

THE TAKE-AWAYS

This is not as simple as it sounds. When trying to pursue a remedy or-result, we encounter the anti-results powers. Stubbornness, pride, argumentativeness, ego, jealousy, greed, blame and so much more that if not prepared for ahead of time can strike with a powerful wallop when encountered. How do we learn here?

GO TOWARD IT

How to deal with difficult people requires one to go into that arena and experience first hand what is going on for ones self. By faith, we know the answers  are there too assuming we are not tainted and practicing dysfunction, payback, denial or indifference. Two handy tools to have are listening & asking questions

ASKING QUESTIONS

When in the "lions den" as I call it or when the heat is on in the vernacular, asking people questions so you can come to understand better & help solve issues requires careful wording. Why? In a crazed state the human who is not centered, will react more then respond. There is no rationale or reasoning working...

CURVE-BALLS

Thus we must have patience, forgiveness, determination and resolve to help us finish what we started no matter how many curve-balls are thrown. Eventually, we can reach the reasoning stage and make progress. Many will fail trying to get that far but in failing will develop the skills to continue to an accomplishment for next time and the time after that as well.

LISTENING IS IMPERATIVE

Some answers that may come your way will make no sense, be inflammatory and even be combative trying to derail your journey progress. Again, the ability to withstand and carry-on (focus) is there too so it may take many episodes and enterings to discover by listening/inquiring just what is actually going on.

WORTHY TO NOTE AT THIS TIME

Now do you see why there are so many problem-fueled people without resolutions? Its because it takes work and no other substitute to prevail here. The work is found in the different fields and arenas mentioned earlier. Not everyone is of sound mind, healthy emotional state, objective, reasonable or reachable. However that shouldn't stop you!

TRUE SUCCESS AWAITS

Anyone who wishes to reach their optimum and eat and drink from the marrows & nectar's of life must learn to navigate through these fields if they want to acquire the mastery of doing so. If not, a type of ownership or handling of a situation is available just to accomplish a result. Think: getting in and out quickly. It can bring you to an end although not ideal and does lack intimacy. That's okay in business

SENSE OF HUMOR

Priceless when pursuing this subject of solving problems and navigating through the maze of the different people and their personalities and current status or desires is humor. If you are not able to find the humor, there will be so much negativity to entertain you instead so work on your ability to smile, laugh and repeat often. NOTE: Do not get serious! Do not take anything serious for that matter. Just pay attention that's all

WATCH WHAT YOU SAY OUT LOUD

So shocking, amusing, unbelievable or irrational are some situations that are driven by people who no know other way (at this time) causes one to speak out-loud what they are truly seeing, hearing and experiencing. DON'T! It just creates more work to undo. Instead, use your eyebrows (my system) as follows:

MINE GO UP

Mine just go up when faced with something that I want to keep wordless but requires some return or acknowledgment. People actually respond to it better than words. If I want to add humor or diffuse, I do a rapid eyebrow up and down ala Grouch Marx making people stop and consider. Stopping is a good thing

LOOK FOR THIS

There are problems that remain your personal work to explore as you go and then there are other peoples problems that require you to pass-through them to get to your desired result, point or destination. Equip yourself to choose wisely when, where and how and then know that the pleasant ending awaits if handled correctly. That reward of success in these realms money cannot buy and is deeply satisfying
