A new art exhibit has just opened this week. The After Dark free event at 1555 Blake St in Denver saw its grand opening on November 14. The turnout was pretty large, and the exhibit is planned to extend through the middle of January 2019. If you go today, the lines should be a little shorter, especially depending on what time you head there. Lindsey Kustusch is an oil painter based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. Her most recent series captures the urban landscape in its finest hour—the nighttime hustle. Rain or shine, the city bustles with energy, illuminating the air with fluorescent potential. Just like the essence of art itself, the evening hours offer the spectator a chance to see the world differently, where the urban landscape is not only a home, but a place of infinite creative interpretation.
