Well after making billions in profits for years now that the Mortgage Insurance companies are starting to realize their losses from those, what I called STUPID, loans that many scaming people did the last several years.

I don't understand, and I didn't then, why the mortgage insurance companies were insuring such crazy loans and there was just HUGE risk hanging out there for them- AND THEY KNEW IT THEN.  The MI companies deserve to take the losses!  Shame on them for insuring such crap!  The bad news is EVERYONE suffers because of their stupidity and the same people continue to run the show!  Go figure!

Exactly!  Now good loans are suffering because of the crap they accepted!  Tried to do a high LTV condo lately?  Good luck!
