Yesterday was a tough one. I had life stuff and nothing was major but it was neither a productive or enhancing day in anyway. Today is better. It is better because I decided it would be. As I write this, I have pups surrounding me who decide everyday is going to be good. If I have learned anything from my gang now and those that came before them, it is that life is generally good, the next meal is coming, and that cuddles make things better. That is my thought for today. Enjoy it.

I had my furnace checked today, and Jackson bolted behind the sofa the minute the big scary men entered the house. Ziggy and Tessa ran to greet them. Usually Jackson does too, but there was something this that made him uncomfortable enough to spring off my desk and go hide. Maybe he's not having a good day and tomorrow will be better for him.
