Carillon Lakes in Crest Hill, IL is one of Chicao's best active adult communities. Carillon was built after the original Carillon development in nearby Plainfield. Carillon Lakes is a smaller active retirement community than Carillon and features newer homes. Carillon Lakes offers an 18,000 square foot clubhouse, 3-hole golf course, indoor & outdoor pool, fishing lakes and state-of-the art fitness center and more.

There are over 1,000 homes in the community. It  is completely sold out of new homes but a number of resale homes are available for sale in Carillon Lakes. In May of 2008 there were approximately 30 homes for sale in Carillon Lakes ranging from the upper $100's to the upper $200's. Carillon Lakes real estate consists of both single family and ranch town homes.

Carillon Lakes is located in Crest Hill, IL just west of Weber Road on Renwick Road. It is 37 miles from downtown to Chicago and enjoys relatively quick access to I-55.
