Reading and writing blogs has become one of my passions. I love to hear what others are doing, their successes and their learning opportunities. Blogging and receiving feedback creates relationship opportunities that might not exist otherwise. But it's also my voice for what I do.
I Love What I Do! Helping people solve problems is only the beginning of what I do. When people plan a move from point A to point B, they have a strategy. We work together with that strategy. But my strategy has an extra twist included for the buyer.
Understanding the total cost of ownership of a home is what drives me. It's what gives my buyers an ah-ha moment.
Buyers see the transparency when looking at the utility bills of a seller and when they see the results of an energy audit that I provide complimentary to them during their purchase process.
During the last few years of providing complimentary energy audits to buyers, I've NEVER once had anyone back out of a purchase because they learned there are ways to make a home more energy efficient. They've never once said, "Heck, I'm outta here."
Buyers understand they are not purchasing a new home, but with my guidance they know how to make it better. I can help them to understand that there are easy fixes to a home and short paybacks on certain energy efficiency upgrades that are simple.
