Anyone else get their Mortgage loan with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFHM) switched to Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS)

got my notice today! not happy after 15 years with them.

same here after 15 years, not happy! time to refi

I received notice on Saturday that it will transfer effective March 1! I am not happy.

After 20 years with wells Fargo,they are switching me to specialized loan servicing llc on mar.1st.im worried!5 years ago when I had good credit,wells Fargo let me spend several weeks driving to a local town 20 miles away to complete an application for a streamline refi at 2.75 interest rate.after I jumped through the hoops etc,they told me sorry,the veterans administration Does not allow streamline refi on manufactured homes!..I called the V.A and they said that's not true!! that's a wells Fargo policy.now five years later and multiple medical bills,our credit score is low,they sell my mortgage to specialized loan servicing.So this is the New ,more compassionate Wells Fargo?totally corrupt business practices and now i hear that specialized loan servicing is even worse.anyone have a suggestion,I'm all ears!,Stephen Ellis Anacortes wash.

Very scared after reading info on specialized loan servicing. I had my Wells Fargo mortgage since 2002 and effective March 1,2019 it will be with specialized loan servicing. If there is a lawsuit in the future please let me know

Received notice from Wells-Fargo about change to specialized loan servicing llc, been with WF since 2004. Still cannot get in contact with these people.

I had my loan with Wells Fargo since 2006 and moved to SLS. Ugh. Every 6 months they raise my interest. My payment is now $150 more a month than it was with Wells Fargo. I need to refinance, but hate to absorb any costs associated with doing so.

SLS Loan Service and is the WORST COMPANY that I’ve ever dealt with!! They are rude, ruthless and DO NOT CARE !! A Manager is NEVER AVAILABLE . They want you to fail with their tactics!!!

I filed a Contempt action against them in bankruptcy court and won. I was awarded actual damages for, in part, forced placed insurance put into place by Wells right before they transferred the loan. They followed the Contempt Order for a whopping 3 months. I just filed another Motion that is returnable January 28. They won't stop until they take your house. I have been current on this loan since its inception in 2006 and through a HAMP Mod in 2012. They refused to submit documents Ordered by the Judge. They don't care. They are owned by Computershare. Computershare designed the interface for EDGAR. They also process all of the ACH payments for Wells. It's an inside racket, I'm afraid.

I just received letter from Wells Fargo that my mortgage will be transferred to Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC effective March 17, 2020. After reading all the negative feedback I'm worried. Been with WF since 2007, on 30 yr fixed. Never missed a payment, or taken any equity or refinanced. Not sure what is going on?

I didn't even get a notice that they were going to sell my mortgage and I have been paying on this loan since 2006 and it hasn't even gone down any.what is SLS doing with people mortgage payment and then my mortgage went up from $1500 to almost $2000.What can I do,I am 71 years old and very worried they might put me out although I am paying my mortgage each month
