Hi Joe - We are making progress on getting my numbers they need to be. I should have everything in place by end of December. My question is my lease is coming up and I need to get a new vehicle. Will getting a new/renewing lease be a problem?

Getting prepared to buy a home is a step by step process. This client was denied financing a couple of times. Unfortunately, no one ever explained why she was denied in any kind of detail.
I reviewed the necessary steps to ensure that she would qualify for the mortgage she would need.
It meant reducing credit card debt, refinancing two student loans and refinancing a car loan out of her name that she had co-signed.
Right after the beginning of the year, she will become a wonderful homeowner and give up renting for good.
