I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 16 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market.  2 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional sale condos & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes closed; 1 traditional sale town homes. There are 2 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update
