THANKS for the heads up Gail!  I am question leads already from Realty Trac (which is highly rated in their industry) BUT I, too am getting leads that are NOT what I was told they would be.  IE: A local resident is searching for a property in Chicago, I live in Belvidere; because the address they are asked to input is their own AND he happens to live here in Belvidere I GOT THE LEAD; however really the lead should have gone to CHICAGO. To add insult to injury on this particular lead? The LEAD typed in a fax #; so I research the name, etc and come up with a local phone #.  I call it and I say: " blah blah ...my name is Patti Puckett and I am a broker with...." the woman on the other end of the phone says: I KNOW Patti, you are with Whitehead...........to which I reply? Yes, I surely am.  Our conversation continues (as this is a Dr I am calling the LEAD" and this is his office) and I explain HOW I got his request to contact him. After a min of conversation, I ask: BTW--may I ask HOW you knew me?  She replies: because this is "JANE DOE"; WELL, was my face red! JANE DOES is an agent in our Whitehead office WITH ME.

NOW, JANE DOE (who has worked for the LEAD/DR for many years) is wondering WHY he didn't approach her? and I, too am wondering If I inserted foot into mouth by calling his office in response to this ALLEGED 24 HR HOT LEAD?

I found out after the good Dr returned my call that he was looking for a condo for his son in Chicago and therefore never though he was going to be directed to a local agent? obviously he did not even read the REALTY TRAC print?

Not sure how long I will remain with them either; so far; no good leads!
