I LOVE ACTIVE RAIN... ONCE AGAIN I CAN HELP PEOPLE..... and if I can get the Title gig...that's just an added treat.

Within 3 days, I had two people find me on AR and ask me about buying a home.

One caught my 'Spanish Market" blog from......? months ago... is moving to the Philadelphia area in the summer and wanted to know if I could recommend a Mortgage professional and Realtor that understood the 'Hispanic' cuture.

WELL LIKE YEAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and I don't speak a lick of Spanish).

Bertrum Settlements probably does.... 70% of its business in the Spanish speaking market. So I hooked them up first with one of my top gun Spanish ethnicity, Bi-Lingual Loan Professionals to start.

The second one found me by bouncing off some FOOTBALL post I made (?). Now that's weird. The dude likes football and is looking to buy his first home (along with his wife) and was wondering if this is a good time to buy. WOWZERS!!!!!!!!!

So I gave him the upside particularly since he has no house to unload. Hooked him up with another top gun Loan Professional from my BNI group... his scores came back incredible...(good).... and have him working with my BNI Realtor as we speak.

I wish I could spend more time in here (other than posting jokes). I have gotten business, passed on referrals to out of state Real Estate Pros, in state Real Estate Pros, and made a few friends.

Wow that is so cool to think you can get business from blogging! Good to know, because my friend says that we Realtors have big egos! I don't think that he is right, I think we just like to share!

Yes it does. I have met personally..... and cyberly (cyberly?) many peole that have helped me, and I have helped.

Just ran into another person that is looking for their first home.... did not have a Realtor nor Mortgage Consultant yet.

WOWZERS.....

Hooked her up with a Realtor...oh yeah.....

....but a no go (yet) on the Mortgage as she is lasered in on using Navy Federal (she used them for a consolidation loan once and LOVES them).

Most of the time we 'miss' business because we do not LISTEN.
