Moving right at the holiday

It can certainly make for a stressful time to have your house on the market around the holidays. Do you decorate? Do you accept an offer to close a few days after Christmas? Can you find a mover to move you around the holiday?  These are all things you should consider when you put your house on the market.

I have a seller in that position right now.  Listed their house on November the 12th and ten days later on Thanksgiving day went binding.  Thankfully they had already started packing and decluttering.  Now they will be moving on a few days after Christmas to their next home.

Endre Barath, Jr. they just put up a small plastic 18 inch tree for their little one.  But he has a tree.  And a wreath on the door, but that's it.  They can decorate to the hilt next year in their new house.

Richard Weeks sold in ten days so that was great

Grant Schneider they are closing after Christmas, but movers are scheduled for 4 days prior.

Brian England Hopefully it will be fun.  We do need the rain the stop though.
