Posting my Listings

By
Real Estate Agent with Van Dyk Group

I have begun posting my listings to the MLS Online group and to localism.  I have just been entering the listing post right into the blog.  I see some people use other programs such as v-flyer or postlets to enter their listings.

What does  everyone else do?  I am trying to figure out which way to do it.

SO, what is your name?? I cannot see you wrote this other than the "Muldovwney Team"...sorry, I don't mean to be rude, I just wanted to address you by your name.

Anyway, I use postlets. They are simple and easy to use.

Have a great week. Terrie

Hello and welcome!  I'm with Terri regarding who am I talking to.  :)

I use postlets as well--very professional looking and attractive.  vFlyer is also a very good tool available and they're both free for the basic flyer.

Again, welcome and keep posting your questions in the Newbie Group and you'll get support and answers.  There are over 4,000 groups that you can choose from.  Best of luck and enjoy the 'rain!

Hi,

There are a variety of tools to use, and I'm sure you will get a variety of answers. I will chime in on Postlets. It is simple to use, you can grab the code to use anywhere, and you just can't beat the price. What can I say, I'm a tight wad.

V-flyer is great because it offeres other tools but after a certain amount of flyers you need to pay. Postlets I would say is equally nice but doesn't offer as many other tools BUT it is FREE. What can I say, I'm Dutch! :-p

Postlets and Realivent are free where if you have more than 10 listings VFlyer costs. Hope that helps in your decision.

Hi,

I think you will find most of us in the Rain like to take this to a more personal level.  We all know we will probably never meet "face to face", but many of us have communicated so often that we feel as though we know each other.  Try one if you don't like it.  Do what Dale in Texas just did to his blog recently.  He redid the entire format.  Not just a few postings.  That is part of the learning process.  Check out Todd Clark'a Blog.
