Boy, could I use a couple of agents that want to work! It seems that no one wants to put in the time or the leg work to be succusseful anymore. I get tons of leads, especially off my foreclosed listings, and I can't even give them away! All these agents want to stay home and work from their "home/office" and not come around to get leads. Why can't someone just come into the office and work a little? They would be surprised how successful they could be. Its like David Knox always says, half the game is just showing up!.
So if you want to work, are willing to move to Columbus Ohio, and actually come in to the office, I can feed you lots of leads. However, you have to sign a "no whine" clause because I don't do that. No virtual assistants, I want a real person. Interested? Plus, I need help eating all the donuts from the title companies before my pants explode!
