I lost many rooms of lights and electric from a failed switch and a subsequent spark I caused which tripped a circuit. It was scary and inconvenient time. My electrician was here early yesterday, replaced the switch, put the circuits back and viola I have my lights back. I am really happy. You don't know how much you depend on small things until they are gone. Have a great day.
It good to read that your electrical issues have been resolved.
Have an outstanding week.

I'm glad you have remedy to the electrical problem, Sheila. The few times I've had similar issues I've had visions of the house burning down from a short before it is fixed.
A sparked, then failed circuit? Yikes. That would be scary. Glad you are back up and running at full electrical capacity.

Having electricity and heat are both very important. I could live without my phone for awhile but don't want to be cold.

I'd rather be cold than without my phone Debbie Reynolds
Morning Sheila.
The central heat just kicked in as I'm writing this comment. It is the little things that matter, don't you think?

Hi James. I do agree. I seldom think of these things until they are gone. TY Sheila
Thanks to James Dray for alerting me to your appreciation of electricity. We don't miss these important things until they are gone.

Sheila Anderson Last night when I got home the utility trucks were in the neighborhood checking each home's gas lines. Seems like there was water in the gas lines and three of my neighbors had their gas turned off. Mine was ok. But I have gas cooking, heat, fireplace, and most important a gas generator. I called my neighbors to see if they needed anything. With electricity they were ok. They had lights and a microwave. We really don't appreciate things until we no longer have them.
