Many new recruits must understand that success takes time. These 3 things can push a real estate career forward if implemented or they may close for business upon realizing that opportunity has quickly passed them by:
- SELF-MOTIVATION: Create a daily schedule that is consistent and can be gaged. You must get up, dress up and show up ready to work. Be prepared to work hard for a good while and not get paid immediately.
- KNOWLEDGE: Be the resident real estate agent who possesses up to the minute fact-based information that potential clients can use. A web presence grabs the attention of consumers, plus industry smarts matters.
- VARIETY OF PRODUCTS: Offer potential buyers a variety of inventory on the market. They may be your listings but not necessarily. Look up your clients criteria and Wow! them with your property expertise.
Once the real estate license is issued, dues are paid, the real work begins. Online classes teach the basics but real life sales situations are invaluable learning tools that set the tone. So open those doors and cross the threshold to success!
