Gas prices and real estate

By
Real Estate Agent with Kendall Haney Realty Group

Good news yesterday.  Apparently there has been an investigation for the past 6 months into the out of control upward spiral of oil prices.  In this area this morning I noticed that gas prices began to start going down a little bit.

Some of the news reports this morning attributed the slight decrease in gas to the investigation.  It will certainly be interesting to see where the prices go.  This affects our business (especially from the amount we have to pay to take our clients out) and then of course it does impact where clients want to live.

I'm waiting wiith baited breath to see what this investigation reveals.  Let's hope they don't keep it as quiet as they did the investigation.

I am waiting as well, but I am sure there will be nothing to come out of it.  Never does

These gas prices are ridiculous. Hopefully something good will come out of the investigation.

I list VA owned properties and given the times in our business, I do not turn down any assignment sent to me by the seller. The price of gas is really driving me nuts and creating a big dent in my budget. I pray something is done pretty soon

Something is really going to have to come out of the investigation, it amazes me how someone can have record breaking profits.  The sad part is, it's breaking the people of this country.
