November 29th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 10

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 3 basis points today at 100.47 having remained above support offered by the 50 day moving average and closed 25 points above it.  The conforming rate is at 4.875% day. My jumbo pricing is now sizzling! The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 4.6250%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
