On the 3rd Thursday of every November, many Real Estate Agents "unofficially" begin their holiday hiatus, a mental holiday, or what is typically known as the official “Holiday Slump”.
It is not surprising, with all of the distractions, that it is hard for many agents to stay focused on their real estate business.
Now more than ever, it is important to keep your eye on the prize. Can you afford "NOT" to be focused on your business? Not many of us can.
While the majority of other agents (your competitors) are out there taking a mental holiday, now is a good time to stay focused on your business.
Now is the best time to take over and win the game! The truth is, the final minutes of the game can actually be the most rewarding and exciting.
Many games are won in the final quarter, the final minutes or even the final seconds of the game!
There are transactions being done every day, and agents are still making sales, and earning huge commission checks. December can be a stellar month!
Many deals are all cash deals, and can close very quickly. Don't buy into negativity, or allow distractions to take over.
This is the time that to be networking like crazy, setting your business up for a prosperous and productive 1st quarter 2019, AND a great finish to December 2018…
There is still time to make a few more deals!
