“Buying & Selling or Selling & Buying?”

I wish I have listened when you recommended that I get our home on the market even before I found a home to buy. Unfortunately we took advice from the wrong person. As you know we lost the property we had on deposit, but we need to move on.

We are keeping our current home on the market, the property continues to be shown and keep being told it is priced correctly. We have started searching for another home, lots more properties on the market, so hopefully we will find something soon. This is nerve racking for sure, thank you for hanging in there with us.

The real estate market has a mind of its own and is in a constant state of CHANGE. No matter where you live, the demand and the number of properties on the market is forever changing.

In all eight states I do business in there are more properties on the market now than there was a year ago. There are certainly a few areas that the demand is larger than the availability, but not as many as there once was.

The relationship and communication between Realtor, mortgage broker and client are crucial, more now than ever.

Good morning Joe. Since it is never over until the deed and money change hands, it is always a gamble. That said, best to have a contract on the home you are selling before you enter a contract for the home you want to buy! Enjoy your day!

Good morning,  Joe - change is a constant in life and real estate but your advice of listing/selling/buying is one that has a greater chance of success.  A good lending partner like you is important to maintain/grow.
