Some agents learn how to sell real estate by memorizing sales techniques and making canned statements. It works for them, I guess, but it's never been authentic to me. Yeah, yeah, all the world's a stage and we are but bit actors, still, it doesn't seem the way to go in my mind. The way to go is to make clients happy. Genuinely happy.
Not to try to trick them into being happy because that's impossible. You can get away with it for a short period of time, but in the long haul, clients will see right through those shenanigans.
