I was very surprised to see that nothing much came on the market today and yesterday in Clintonville. I expected at least a few new homes but it's early yet. The market is kind of stale at this minute.
I took some potential Clintonville Buyers through Central Eastmoor the other day and they found that they could buy about 15% more house for about 25% less $/sq ft in an area that was actually a better location for them work-wise. Still, what they saw needed too much work or didn't quite jive with their needs/likes.
Eastmoor is a great option for Clintonville minded buyers and so is Berwick - both great locations for those working downtown, east or even South.
