Many wonder what the day in a life is like for a Dallas area Realtor®...okay, maybe not "many", but surely - some? 
Seriously, though, a real estate professional's life is much the same as any busy business professional. We all have to manage juggling multiple tasks to a successful fruition.
Every morning we wake up and face our to-do list (written or otherwise) with a few what-ifs sprinkled in. Time management is a key component to a day ending with a smile and not a frown (or worse).
Our negotiating and contract skills are on demand constantly and we practice patience at a transcendental level as we have been known to manage wildlife, unleashed pets and the occasional screaming toddler.
On any given day or during any given week, we are:
- Touring properties
- Negotiating offers
- Managing inspections
- Attending meetings
- Uploading marketing information
- Researching market reports
- Coordinating photo shoots
- Teaching or attending a class
- Blogging on ActiveRain (!)
Needless to say, this list only represents a small portion of our duties but I have to
stop the list somewhere (lol)
Suffice it to say, there are no two days...two weeks...two months or anytime that is ever the same in the day of a real estate professional. And although it may be frustrating, it makes for a very lively and rewarding profession and I am so pleased to be in the crazy world of real estate!
