Trader Joe's Truffle Mousse Pate made with Chicken

 

For our happy hour at home, Chef Dolores served the Trader Joe's Truffle Mousse Pate. This was the first time we tried it and will definitely get it again. We also had some Happy Farms Preferred Brie Cheese which is excellent along with an assortment of crackers. The beverage selection was Liberty Creek California Chardonnay.

Sounds like an enchanting meal, Roy!  I had an ecclectic late lunch of shrimp with cocktail sauce, sweet potato pie, and Dos Equis Amber. . .
